Approved, with room for your design
Northern Beaches Council approved the subdivision of 337 Lower Plateau Road into three lots on 16 July 2025 (application REV2025/0005, a review of DA2024/0303). The consent took effect on 22 July 2025 and remains valid until 16 July 2030.
What is approved
- Demolition of the existing structures
- Removal of hi retention identified trees (and a number of other low retention value tree/palms/shrubs)
- Subdivision of one lot into three residential lots
- A house footprint on each lot
Design flexibility for the buyer
No specific house designs are approved. The buyer prepares designs within the approved footprints and submits them to Council for approval before construction certificates are issued.
That leaves the product, size, finish and price point in the buyer's hands, with the footprints already settled.
